The Pard Building Company was set up by Rory and Mick in 2023. We have both worked together in construction for 10+ years, between Bristol and Cornwall and have been friends for even longer. This is the reason for the company name; ‘Pard’, the Cornish word for friend.

We are interested in building high quality, sustainable buildings. You can find us on both The Green Register, and The Federation of Master Builders to reflect our commitment to this.

We are based in South East Cornwall, but do work further afield depending on the project.
